When played regularly, it gives 3 seconds of silence, then jumps to the very
end.
If manually revind to 4 seconds, plays fine to the end.

Maybe it is multi-track Ogg oor whatever, but VLC works inconsistently on it.

PS: OTOH it does work, some media players just do not.

PPS: still www browsers seems to play thefile in its entirety

Update: Wikipedia seems to re-generate its media files on request so each
user gets a different file data.
