Hi all

Since VLC 2.1.5 I'm unable to play wma-Files:

$ vlc Test.wma
[0x7f510c0226c8] asf stream warning: unknown asf object (not
loaded): 0xd9aade20-0x7c17-0x4f9c-0xbc288555dd98e2a2
Speicherzugriffsfehler

$ file Test.wma
Test.wma: Microsoft ASF

This file worked a week ago, so I can't listen to my old music anymore :-/

Has anyone experienced the same? Or are you able to play your wma-files?

Regards

OS: Arch x64
Audiosystem: PulseAudio

I had a similar problem with MPG's last update (but one IIRC) and had to
replace a Lib file with an earlier one, cant remember which now and would be
a different one for WMA I guess

I updated via the auto update in VLC to 2.1.5 Rincewind

When the download arrived, it asked for a password. As I had none, I cancelled, but it installed and opened anyway?

best,
kk
