[vlc] Problem reading AVI Subtitle using VLC 2.1.X

Hi,

Using the file https://trac.videolan.org/vlc/raw-attachment/ticket/1162/subtitle.avi, VLC 2.1.1 report the following error "VLC could not open the file "D:\Softs\VLCPortable.2.1.1\attachment:\\subtitle0.srt" (Bad file descriptor)."
The subtitle is embedded in a "txts" stream, it is not a separate file.

I tried with 2.0.5 and 2.0.8 and subtitle are successfully displayed.

Do you know what raise this error ?
